NPC Neena starts the secret that seems to be linked to a chance to drop Bonehoof Tauralus from Tahonta.

The steps to unlock Construct Body: "Neena" to build the secret abomination Neena are:

• 
  
• Upgrade your Abomination Stitching to level 2 (or else, you won't be able to see her);
• 
  
• Head to /way Maldraxxus 69.72 41.09, in Rotting Mound, where Neena's soul is held captive in a cell;
• 
  
• Kill Soul Harvester Anka to get Soul Harvester Key to release her;
• 
  
• She will run a little and stand on a hill at /way Maldraxxus 69.23 40,64, with the quest Every Dog Has Its Day;
• 
  
• Just talk to her to get the instructions to make her a dog;
• 
  
• Return to Abominable Stitchmaster Rathan to turn in the quest;
• 
  
• Make your new friend at the Abominable Stitching Table using [item=178061] x20.

so uhm I just made this Neena chara- sorry, ehm abomination, and my memories from the time I watched Full Metal Alchemist kicked in when I saw her "I want to become a dog" quote. So yeah I went by and checked it... and its actually an easter egg from FMA, the girl that turns to a dog by her father is called "Nina Tucker". Well played blizz... well played.
