TheWoWDB"Item quality affects cast time" is just about the most typical Blizzard way of obfuscating things.
This annoyed me so much that I made an innocent alt character [symbol=wow-atlas-poi-door-arrow-down] plummet to his death [symbol=wow-atlas-poi-door-arrow-down] to get to the actual cast time values.
