How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.

  1. Effect 1 is Interrupt Cast (effect type 68). Its area radius is 50 yards.

What it does

Counterspell is an Arcane spell with an instant cast, a range of 30 yards, a 15 sec cooldown and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it interrupts spellcasting in a 50 yard radius. The client files the whole spell under the interrupted mechanic.
