How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4. Its base value is 20.

What it does

Dark Whispers is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, a range of 300 yards and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
