How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Interrupt Cast (effect type 68).

What it does

Arcane Torrent is a spell with an instant cast, a range of 100 yards and effects that last 3 sec. When cast it interrupts spellcasting. The client files the whole spell under the interrupted mechanic.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
