This cloak has the same transmog as the much more easily obtained [item=2310]. IIRC, back in the day, the Embossed Leather Cloak was a common item and was not transmogable, but it has since been bumped up with decent stats for its level and is transmogable.
Also, the Same Model As tab is not currently available for the Deviate Scale Cloak, but the the Same Model As tab for the Embossed Leather Cloak refers back to the Deviate Scale Cloak, and shows a few additional options.
While the pattern is no longer available, the [item=6466] it creates has been dropping for people in the [item=114120], so you might find the cloak on the Auction House if you are looking for it.
