Tooltip
Vicious Manafangs attempt to devour a player, rooting them in place and inflicting Physical damage every second for 20 sec.
This effect is canceled if the Vicious Manafang suffers 30% of its maximum health in damage.
How it works
Devour is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 296. Its area radius is 40 yards.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 2.239 per tick. Its area radius is 40 yards. It ticks every 0.5 sec, 40 times over the full 20 sec (89.56 base in total).
- Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 26. Its area radius is 40 yards.
What it does
Devour is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 20 sec. When cast it applies an aura in a 40 yard radius and applies an aura in a 40 yard radius every 0.5 sec. The client files the whole spell under the rooted mechanic.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
