Even though my lw has dragon scale, he cannot make these - if he ever could, can't remember. And running toons around everywhere, I could find no pattern. All over the Peter Galen area and I guess he no longer exists to even sell patterns.
Couldn't find it searching the net either. All old posts.
Best alternatives I could find are Rockgrip Gaunlets and Bloodmail Gaunlets.
It's listed as Dragonscale Leatherworking, but you don't need to be Dragonscale Skilled to learn it.
It's just that you have to go to the Dragonscale Trainer to learn it.
