How it works

Casting it triggers a 5 sec global cooldown.

Empower is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 79. Its base value is 50.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 136. Its base value is 50.
  3. Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 226. It ticks every 1 sec, 30 times over the full 30 sec.

What it does

Empower is a spell with a 2 sec cast, a range of 45 yards and effects that last 30 sec. When cast it applies an aura and applies an aura every 1 sec.
