How it works

Empower is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 61. Its base value is 100.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 31. Its base value is 100.

What it does

Empower is a spell with an instant cast, a range of 100 yards and effects that last 10 sec. When cast it applies an aura.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
