Vision Dust on most servers can be purchased from the Auction House for as little as 1 gold per stack of 20 and you could go so far as to sell this enchant easily at 50 silver per enchant for a large profit, or give it away and make many, many new friends.

This recipe is really excellent for cheaply levelling up to 240ish. It goes green at 245, and considering the guild perk that gives you nearly guaranteed yellow skillups, using this to power to ~240 will cost you much less vision dust than going to the 5- and 6-dust recipes that most levelling guides recommend.
