Also, the Dodge enchant is no longer available for cloaks under level 35.
EDIT: Rescinded. Although the tooltip says it only works for level 35 and higher cloaks, I managed to get my Sentry Cloak enchanted with Dodge earlier today. 12 dodge rating = 2% dodge at level 19, so this seems better to me than 3 agility.
This is the best enchant on ur Cloak as lvl 19 Hunter and rogue (patch 3.0.8)
