TheWoWDBWell, conisdering Riding Crop is a trinket designed to combine a whole slew of minor modifiers into one item with a larger modifier, i dont see the problem

It stacks with Carrot on a Stick and Mithril Spur, but doesn't stack with Riding Crop, Crusader Aura or Talents that increase mount speed.
On the contrary, this, along with the spurs, does not work with characters over level 70. Their tooltip may not say so, but the effective movement speed remains unchanged with the spurs, the enchant or both.
