TheWoWDBHappiness has been completely removed from the game. It looks like Tame Beast's tooltip just hasn't been updated yet. You don't need to feed your pet after taming it at all anymore.

Here's an interesting bit of useless information: you can drag and drop food onto your pet and it will activate this skill.
Bummer, what do I do with all the food that I am carrying around. Came here to find out why my pet has not been asking for food anymore.
