What it does

Flap is a spell with an instant cast, a range of 70 yards, a 1 sec cooldown and effects that last 1.2 sec. When cast it makes the caster jump to a location and applies an aura. It also casts Flight.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
