Stat-wise it's not a very good deal. If agility gives two points of AP and about 1/3 the crit % of a point of crit rating, then just multiplying the AP boost with the crit boost shows that 14 crit rating is worth 6 points of agility, average-damage-wise.

Sure, crit rating does a lot more for your crit % than agility does, and if you get bonuses from crits then go ahead, but your average damage will increase about 4% with either these gloves or 6 agility, and it costs you 50 health so the net gain is just one stat-point.

But they look nice with Toughened Leather Armor and they may be cheaper to make than Toughened Leather Gloves, which you will get in two levels time, but that depends on the spider's silk.
