Tooltip
Lets out a massive blast of icicles in all directions, inflicting 20 Frost damage to all enemies in line of sight and freezing them.
How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
Freezing Tempest is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 20. Its area radius is 100 yards.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 12. It applies the frozen mechanic. Its area radius is 100 yards.
What it does
Freezing Tempest is a Frost spell with a 5 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 4 sec cooldown and effects that last 12 sec. When cast it deals Frost damage (base value 20) in a 100 yard radius and applies an aura with the frozen mechanic in a 100 yard radius.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
