How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its dispel type is client id 1.

Frozen Binds is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

What it does

Frozen Binds is a Frost spell with a 2 sec cast, a range of 100 yards, a 3 sec cooldown and effects that last 12 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 2 sec and applies an aura. The client files the whole spell under the rooted mechanic. It also casts Frozen Binds (record #320790).
