How it works
Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met. It can proc at most once every 0.5 sec.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 42. It triggers Fusing Vapors.
What it does
Fusing Vapors is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Fusing Vapors (record #108233).
