Bug report submitted: "Unable to craft a 230 item level "Grounded Ectoplasmic Specs". Have made 3 attempts using Missive of Haste, Missive of Versatility, and Crafters Mark of the Chained Isle". All 3 optional items clearly show as legitimate upgrades on the default ui crafting screen. All 3 crafting attempts resulted with default item level 151 with no upgrades. Thankfully the optional upgrades remain in inventory."

Thought I had disabled addons when I first posted this, I may have been wrong. Or they popped a fix in that I hadn't noticed, either way... made sure game was off, renamed the addon directory to make sure nothing extra was loading, then started up the game. Successfully crafted as a 230 item woot! I may have overkilled by renaming the addon directory, but at least it worked. If you have any issues, try disabling TSM addon, or at least the TSM Crafting section. fyi... item quality remains blue (bleh), but it did upgrade correctly with the missives & mark
