Tooltip

Inflicts 75 damage to an enemy, reducing its movement speed for 5 sec.

How it works

Spells that share its cooldown category wait 3 sec after it is cast. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown.

Hamstring is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Weapon % Damage (effect type 31). Its base value is 75.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 33. Its base value is -50.

What it does

Hamstring is a Physical spell with an instant cast, a range of 5 yards, a 10 sec cooldown and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it deals a percentage of weapon damage (base value 75) and applies an aura. The client files the whole spell under the snared mechanic.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
