This is the spell you use to create Weakauras for example that track ALL essences in one. this is the spell for the "Heart Essence"

Also, if the default button on your action bar displays "Heart Essence" instead of "Concentrated Flame" when you have the major power slot filled, just unequip and re-equip the Heart of Azeroth. That should fix the issue.
