TheWoWDBThis item is NOT the same as the [item=21524] although it has the same appearance. This "Holiday Hat" is an item that can only be crafted using "Abominable Stitching" at the Abomination Stitching Table which is part of the Necrolord Covenant in Shadowlands. Once crafted the Holiday Hat is only available to be equipped by the Abominations that can also only be crafted as part of that covenant's "Abomination Factory".
The pattern is automatically learned at or by level 3. The materials required are common materials. The Red Dye & Heavy Silken Thread are very common Tailoring items available from some 200 vendors throughout Azeroth.

Aye, I was able to get the Holiday Hat while still on level 1 of the stitchyard. Didn't even upgrade it until after Winter Veil was over.
