Tooltip
The surge of frost forms into a solid chunk of ice which can block the effects of Hailstorm twice.
After the second time the Boulder blocks such an effect, it will break apart into an Avalanche.
How it works
Ice Boulder is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 428. It triggers Ice Boulder.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 395.
What it does
Ice Boulder is a Frost spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Ice Boulder (record #386264).
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
