Creates a ball of frost that shatters after a short time, inflicting 56.5353 Frost damage immediately, 33.5854 Frost damage every 2 sec. for 10 sec, and gradually slowing affected targets over 10 sec until they come to a complete stop, at which point they Shatter.
How it works
Icy Ejection is built from 4 client effects, applied in this order:
