How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.

Impale is built from 4 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is effect type 140, which the datamine does not name. It triggers Impale.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 20.8899 per tick. It applies the shackled mechanic. It ticks every 1 sec, 8 times over the full 8 sec (167.12 base in total).
  3. Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 12.

What it does
