I've searched for Fargo Flintlocke where Wowhead told me he was located in Azsuna (roughly 64, 24) and he is nowhere to be found. Not sure where to get this recipe so any help would be much appreciated.
This recipe (rank 2 specifically) will be orange and worth 5 skill points up until 780 where it will become yellow. To maximize your gain, ensure your second-to-last craft takes you to 779, that way your last 5-point craft will take you full 4 points above the 780 treshold.
