The quest for rank 3 comes from a tauren ghost who pops up with a quest, after mining a leystone deposit. So, make sure to pay attention for the ghost because you won't automatically loot the quest from simply mining the deposit.
Got the quest after mining about 10k leystone ores. Not sure if that's a normal droprate though.
So I've had this rank for two or so days now and I haven't noticed an increase in material at all. Anyone else have this issue?
