This [race=3] racial ability really shines compared to racial abilities like [race=22]'s Viciousness ability whenever >50% of your total damage done is coming from critical strikes (such as is the case of Frost mages), and for any spell in which a critical strike is 100% guaranteed (e.g. [spell=116858] and [spell=6353])

For example: a Worgen destro-lock and a Dwarf Destro-lock will each benefit from their respective racial abilities.

• - For worgen a base-100k [spell=116858] will be increased to 101k and their Immolate/Incinerate/Conflagrate ability will produce embers slightly faster.

• - For Dwarves [spell=116858] damage will be increased to 102k...

However with talents like [spell=108503] and [spell=157696] this disparity will increase to the point that the Dwarf Racial pulls ahead of the Worgen racial significantly.

On the other hand... when Crit chance is more important than crit damage, such as is the case of Fire Mages, then Viciousness pulls ahead.

It's hammer time! EDIT: It's useful for every dwarf character, because you know... EVERYTHING IS HUNTER WEAPON!

Equates to 41 expertise rating at 80, bear that in mind when deciding whether to throw that sword on that seems better.
