Arcane Resistance

I am quite depressed that Mana Tap was removed. I used to love the times where it was dispelled or stolen instead of the major ones.

Well anyway, this spell is not limited to the resistance schools, but, as the description says, reduces the chance to be hit with spells, it works with the Holy School. A passive like this is very useful for any magic user.

Although the difference is barely noticeable, I can say this is a good racial for any class. It is also good lore-wise as their mastery in magic would lead to this.

This ability no longer gives a reduction to Spell Hit against enemy casters. It now is a straight damage reduction for Arcane magic.

I'm leveling up an arcane mage, and have been duking it out with this BE hunter several times (me 44, he 42). He keeps resisting 30-50% of my arcane spells, which is obviously devastating. I'm assuming it's due to this racial.
