  3. Effect 3 is Create Area Effect (effect type 179).
  4. Effect 4 is Create Area Effect (effect type 179).
  5. Effect 5 is Create Area Effect (effect type 179).
  6. Effect 6 is Create Area Effect (effect type 179).
  7. Effect 7 is Create Area Effect (effect type 179).
  8. Effect 8 is Create Area Effect (effect type 179).

What it does

Mental Collapse is a Shadow spell with a 0.5 sec cast, a range of 100 yards and effects that last 9 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1.5 sec and has a Create Area Effect effect. It also casts Mental Collapse (record #301774).

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
