Blast the target's mind for (78.3% of Spell Power) Shadow damage. Costs a high amount of mana.
Generates Insanity.
How it works
It works on charges (charge category 1602); the charge count and recharge time live in a client table the datamine does not carry, so they are not stated here. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown.
Mind Blast is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). It scales with 0.7834 times spell power.
- Effect 2 is Energize (effect type 30).
- Effect 3 is Dummy (effect type 3).
What it does
Mind Blast is a Shadow spell with a 1.5 sec cast and a range of 40 yards. When cast it deals Shadow damage and restores a resource.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
