Before the Dustwallow Marsh was redeveloped in Patch 2.3, you took one of these and some Soothing Spices (a deprecated item) to Swamp Eye Jarl in his cabin at Swamplight Manor. With 2.3, these quests were redesigned; instead of bringing Soothing Spices you now go hunt frog legs, and the sword now comes from an orange Murloc along the trail from Jarl's cabin to the coast.
