How it works
Each cast of Mortal Strike costs 20 Rage. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Mortal Strike is built from 5 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It triggers Mortal Wounds.
- Effect 2 is effect type 121, which the datamine does not name. Its base value is 1. It scales with 1 times spell power.
- Effect 3 is Weapon % Damage (effect type 31). Its base value is 225.
- Effect 4 is Energize (effect type 30).
- Effect 5 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 118. Its base value is 10.
What it does
Mortal Strike is a Physical spell with an instant cast, a range of 5 yards, a 6 sec cooldown and effects that last 10 sec. When cast it deals a percentage of weapon damage (base value 225), restores a resource and applies an aura. It also casts Mortal Wounds.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
