How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 0.1 sec. It triggers Nether Portal.

What it does

Nether Portal is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 6 sec cooldown and effects that last 2 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 0.1 sec. It also casts Nether Portal (record #233246).

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
