Additionally during Pillar of Frost, Empower Rune Weapon causes your next Obliterate or Frostscythe to cost no Runes.

How it works

Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Obliteration is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 42. It triggers Obliteration.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4. Its base value is 20.
  3. Effect 3 is Dummy (effect type 3). Its base value is 15.

What it does

Obliteration is a spell with an instant cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Obliteration (record #207256).
