How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 226. Its base value is 5 per tick. It ticks every 1 sec, 3 times over the full 3 sec (15 base in total). It triggers Ocular Blast.

What it does

Ocular Blast is a Shadow spell with a 2.5 sec cast, a range of 100 yards and effects that last 3 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Ocular Blast (record #1243772).
