I've made this flag twice now for my companions but I can't find a way for them to wear it ? I can put like hats on them and everything but I don't see an option when talking to them to put the flag on their back ?

Found the Strange Cloth from searching with Chordy
Replying to my own confusion: It was fine - it worked. It doesn't create an item in your inventory, it just makes the option available. Look in "I have a fashion accessory for you > Something else > Outlaw Flag"
