Not worth it at all, no. At 58 (the minimum level for this weapon), you can just go to Outlands and get weapons far better from quests.
Rogues and fury warriors mainly. But now due to the Titan's Grip it seems pretty pointless, and to overpriced to get just so you can use it for maybe 2-4 levels in outland.
