With the pre-BFA changes to the profession system, this may now be the simplest way to level WoD engineering from 1 to 100 with minimal fuss - as long as you can provide 495 True Iron Ore and 555 Blackrock Ore (495 for crafting, 60 to buy the pattern). The Primal Spirits can easily be farmed in Tanaan Jungle, on top of some decent coin on the side (and potentially a few xmog appearances from the Baleful tokens).
You will also end up with 198 Gearspring Parts, just shy of enough to make two sets of goggles (for xmog purposes).
This does not produce sorcerous fire or air.
