Quality

Quality can affect items in several ways. Reagents and commodities can either be low quality or high quality, while equipment can have five levels of quality.

Reagent quality will make it easier to hit higher qualities in any craft, while higher quality commodities will have more potent effects.

Equipment will have a higher item level with every quality increase.

The final quality of a craft will be determined through a combination of Skill, reagent quality, specialization bonuses, and Recipe Difficulty.
