Ulthalesh collects Tormented Souls from each target you kill and occasionally escaped souls it previously collected.
How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.

Reap Souls is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and a 5 sec cooldown.
