- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 1 sec, 8 times over the full 8 sec. It triggers Epicenter.
What it does
Reversal: Epicenter is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 3 sec cooldown and effects that last 8 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Epicenter.
