How it works

Each cast of Searing Blast costs 80 Mana. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Searing Blast is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2).
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 14.

What it does

Searing Blast is a Fire spell with an instant cast, a range of 30 yards, an 8 sec cooldown and effects that last 30 sec. When cast it deals Fire damage and applies an aura.
