You learn most pieces from the shadoweave set from Josephine Lister if you are a horde player. She is in the magic quarter in Undercity, standing next to a meat wagon.
If you do not have the required skill to make any shadoweave, she will say; "Between light and darkness, there is shadow, and the shadow helds power you can not imagine" or something like that. I think the minimum skill for a shadoweave peice is 115 in tailoring.
