How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 1 sec, 4 times over the full 4 sec. It triggers Shrapnel Blast.

What it does

Shrapnel Blast is a spell with a 2 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 6 sec cooldown and effects that last 4 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Shrapnel Blast (record #251224).
