How it works

Siphoning is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is effect type 164, which the datamine does not name. It triggers Arcane Stasis.
  2. Effect 2 is effect type 164, which the datamine does not name. It triggers Arcane Infused.

What it does

Siphoning is an Arcane spell with a 2 sec cast and a range of 25 yards. It also casts Arcane Stasis and Arcane Infused.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
