This enchant let me skin 530 skinning required bosses. The recipe drops from [npc=2557] & [npc=2556]. For this recipe you'll need 1 [item=11137] & 3 Green Whelp Scales that are only skinned from [npc=39384]s, which also drop [item=8498], [item=8705] (needed for pet questline), & [item=11474]. The [npc=39384] page has a spawn map, also I left a comment on how I farmed them there.
Blizzard needs to learn the difference between the words difficult and annoying.
