- Effect 2 is Weapon % Damage (effect type 31). Its base value is 100.
What it does
Snap Kick is a Physical spell with an instant cast and a range of 5 yards. When cast it has a Knock Back effect and deals a percentage of weapon damage (base value 100). The client files the whole spell under the stunned mechanic.
