How it works

Each cast of Starfall costs 500 Astral Power. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Starfall is built from 5 client effects, applied in this order:

  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 330.

What it does

Starfall is a Nature and Arcane spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 8 sec. When cast it applies an aura and applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Starfall (record #50286). It stacks up to 20 times.
